A children's fantasy film in which live animals are the cast. The story involves the theft of a magic wand from a good fairy by an evil monkey who uses the wand's power to become master of all the elements. A pair of brave ducks travel in a balloon to the Land of the Doves, where the two become immune to the monkey's evil magic. They then track down the monkey and trick him into turning himself to stone. The ducks then return the wand to the good fairy.
